Confirmation:
After filling in and sending us the needed information, you will receive an automatic email from our Orderdepartment with our Bank Information.

Paying:
All our customers pay in advance on our Bankaccount or by using PayPal. After receiving your complete payment we will ship the goods, free of charge, to your address. Please use PayPal if you want to pay with your credit card or debit card. In the package you will find a regular VAT invoice. The Dutch VAT is 19% (all our prices are inclusive VAT).

Costs:
The shipping costs for EC countries outside Holland are 15,00 euro. Sending to a Dutch address costs 8,00 euro. You will also find these costs on your invoice.

Shipping Time:
After we have received your complete payment, we will send you the goods within 2-3 Days. If a product is not in Stock, we will send you an email, in which case you can cancel your order free of costs. We will pay you back the full amount.
